Wantage House

Bedroom 1 is available from 1st May 2011

The Wantage House is a very spacious four bedroomed town house, with two bathrooms and is set over three floors. This gives ample space and privacy to the resident housemates.

In recent months there has been a brand new gas heating system installed with a combination boiler and new radiators in all rooms. A complete new refitted bathroom plus a newly fitted shower room (this shower room comes with bedroom 1). The house is also currently being redecorated.

The bedroom that is available is on the ground floor (the other two occupied bedrooms are on the top floor) so there its a very private bedroom, along with its own shower room with toilet/handbasin.

The house is shared between a maximum of 3 housemates. Mr C is sadly moving out as has been promoted at work which also means relocating. The other two existing housemates are now looking to find a new sharer, Mr S has lived there for over 8 years, and Mr P moved in early 2010.
